athyle: Yes, it's already been established taht she didn't die of the peanut.But even if it WAS the peanuts, him eating peanut sandwich in the morning could STILL cause it even if she kissed him in the afternoon. Peanuts don't get less peanutty just because a day's passed, and it's still possible he could've had a bit sticking to his teeth or something. Did you read my post about the boy who got rushed to hospital because the knife used to butter his sandwhich? It had been WASHED after being used for peanut butter, and he STILL had to be rushed to hospital. |

this happened at my old middle school a few years ago accoring to my english and health teachers. he had some peanuts about fifteen minutes before he kissed her. |

I read about another case of this. A girl kissed her boyfriend hours after eating peanut cup things... Gutted huh? Such a shame |

I've heard a lot about this on the news, I live in quebec so they talked about it a lot more than anywhere else. The autopsy revealed that she hadn't died of the peanut butter allergy, though, but reall of an asthma attack, I think. So it's not the boy's fault... doesn't mean he won't stay with the images and the guilt in his mind all his life, poor thing. |
