wow...is that seriously a sobriety test??? if the guy was that plastered, i'm thinking you could smell it....maybe even use the fancy thing called a breathalizer??? i know, i know, technology is bad...but that way no one gets hurt.
i don't mind if people drink. i enjoy a drink now and then myself. i don't even care how much they drink. but DRINKING AND DRIVING MAKES YOU STUPID! anyone who has had that much to drink and chooses to drive should be thrown in jail and left to rot. i'm sorry, but we just had a funeral for a 28 year-old mother of two who died because some jerk-face drank and decided he was ok to drive, slammed into her in her lane, and then ran away. prohibition isn't right, but something needs to be done. stronger laws maybe???? |

I might think that was funny if I didn't know he was out on the road driving like that. We don't need prohibition, but we sure need harsher punishment on drunk driving and other alcohol related crimes. For the most part his punishment he will get can pretty much be shrugged off. |
