Tuesday, October 31, 2006 8:51:35 PM Hi all, Thanks for all the comments! My company created this animation as a method for demonstrating and refining our motion capture pipeline. I can certainly understand the confusion with the piece when it's taken out of context. Please stop by our website for more details on Mark Antony (and check out some of our other work!) -Mike www.studiopendulum.com |

Monday, October 30, 2006 6:13:36 PM WOW! Not too much longer and you wont be able to tell if it's a real person or not. I'd say about 5 years. |

Monday, October 30, 2006 2:35:55 AM That was amazing. They should make a serious animated adaptation of Shakespeare. |

Sunday, October 29, 2006 11:02:09 PM Nicely done, outside of the body movements, And I thought it is quite useless they used Mark Anthony. |

Sunday, October 29, 2006 9:42:46 PM Beautiful animation, horrid voiceover. The voice was waaay to prepubescent and screechy to fit the body of that big, burly man. |

Sunday, October 29, 2006 3:54:53 PM Pretty durn cool, but I have to agree with narlycharlie, CGI have no emotion. He may have shouted, but he lacked passion in his cry. Alas, be done no more... |

Sunday, October 29, 2006 3:39:55 PM "um... i didnt reli understand the point in dat... i onli reli gto 2 watch half of it 2 cuz it tuk ages 2 load... llol...1st post btw ppl... :D" you see, this is the reason why things need to be pretty in order to interesting. people like this wont pay attention unless its shiny, because they obviously cant find entertainment in understanding things. this wasnt too realistic, but it was very detailed... dont confuse the two. "I can't believe you idiots are comparing Advent Children to this. That's some anime. This is better. It's drating hard to do." and how is this better? they both are supposed to look realistic, and this just isnt very good at it. theyre both fiction, so its not like this is automatically better. |

Sunday, October 29, 2006 1:38:32 PM Excellent animation... Lucky he have short hair, hair is still a issue... and skin tone of course... maybe one day we will be able to make something very realistic... so much that it could fool people... but we not there... not yet ... ^_^ |
