Thursday, November 02, 2006 9:02:12 AM Is anyone else having problems? I have used firefox for a long time now, never had a problem. I installed this version a few weeks ago and it has froze on my SO many times. Are they doing that just so I can use their "Restore Session" to try it out? I've never had any complaints before but it's getting really annoying every time I got to view a video I freezes when I'm done and want to go "back" |

You might try the extension Mozex.

Tuesday, October 31, 2006 11:26:59 AM Why should you use firefox? because Microsoft is quite utterly [insert nasty word here].! and When you download it, I didn't loose any of my bookmarks. And the Ad Block add on is better than the music on now I have changed my mind. Firefox for me has always been quicker than IE. I use a laptop and I get on with the tab system fine. All Smiles. |

Saturday, October 28, 2006 9:20:43 PM What's so good about Firefox? I have IE6 and I have never had any problems with it, I don't get any pop-ups...ever, and it's not slow at all for me. So...why should I switch to Firefox? And just so you know, I'm not trying to give it poo, I seriously want to know what's so much better about Firefox. The only way I'd get it is if you could turn the tab feature off because that just pisses me off. I hate tabbed web pages, I use a laptop and I depend on using the Alt+Tab feature on Windows so that I don't have to move my hands from the keyboard at all. I don't know, unless somebody can give me a real reason, I don't see why I should bother switching. |

Friday, October 27, 2006 7:26:30 PM Awesome, just what I needed. IE was giving me a barrel full 'o poo. So damn slow and full of pop-ups. Firefox's Spell checker is great, and the browser is very fast. I cannot even fathom how IE even has the slightest advantage other than some older sites were designed for IE... |

Friday, October 27, 2006 5:44:33 PM Using it now. I like it so far but I just downloaded it so I'm still testing it. Long live Firefox. I don't like the fact that each tab has a close button. I relied on the one near the right on the old version. But I guess that's just being picky.

Friday, October 27, 2006 4:09:08 PM great browser. nothing groundbreaking from 1 to 2, but an update is always welcome. it still beats out IE7... heck, FF1 beat IE7, and that's saying a lot. |

Friday, October 27, 2006 3:59:09 PM ha!Firefox 2 is ok, but i dont think its very good without the "...shift" themes. still, the guy who did them says he's updatin' 'em, so long live firefox 2.0! |

Friday, October 27, 2006 3:59:03 PM I'm loving it! I downloaded it this morning, when I first saw it. Firefox is thousands of times better than Internet Explorer, in my book. Not only is it prettier, but I get less pop-ups and it's faster! |

Friday, October 27, 2006 3:41:23 PM Firefox 2.0 is good, as usual.I wish the spell check function would use multiple dictionaries at the same time, so I could type things like hola and au revoir and ghesundheit, freely. Cuz I like to do that. All day and all night. |
