I don't even know what to do to describe how great that was knowing that some AMERICANS actually got to hear our side of the story and that some americans might have realized how terrible sitcoms and american comedy is and how great canadian comedy is. Woah long sentence.

i thought it was funny. maybe cos everyone i know who's been to Canada reckon's its like Australia, except upside down. and waaaayyyyy colder. love to go there someday.

Also i find funny sometimes that America really doesn't realize what the rest of the world thinks of them - they seem to think we all adore them for their hollywood celebrities and 'defenders of liberty' attitude. i personally really don't give a sheet.

3.) you guys dont have anything, we have mardi gras, vegas, statue of liberty, NYC, chicago, Philly, NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, yellowsotone, grand canyon, rocky mountains ect ect ect ect... you guys have... toronto... and beards.

-You have NYC, Philly and Chicago. Those are what we call cities and we have them too.
-The Rocky mntns are in Canada as well as the us so to go bragging about that is pretty dumb
-We do have the NHL and NBA also
-I also take it that you have never heard of Stanley Park because it is the second biggest park in North America, not second to Yellowstone but to one in Mexico
-We have beards... very interesting so do you
-Finally for future reference it is etc not ect

OK it was typical Canadian crap. They whine so much because their population is smaller than Chicago and they don't have any money. Their army has like 3 helicopters.

TAKE THAT CANADA America got tha logix

No one in America cares about Canadian lumber or hockey. I wasn't even aware that Canada won.

Also, our satirical news journalists are actually funny. Canadians have annoying old farts and cameramen who can't hold their camera straight.

im still laughing my a** off about that lumber statement.

I think it's funny that everyone who commented on my coments didn't read them closely enough to see that I STATED where I lived. And also, as I said, I LOVE it. ! :) It's so nice and crisp in the winter and very homey :D... my statements were directly at the fact that if they were going to beat US up, then I had a few words for them.

I somehow I don't find it funny to watch someone walk around Washington D.C. make fun of America. Sure he has a right to say it, but I don't have to think it is funny, or accurate.

Holy f u c k. I can't believe this. I would like to state that I want to move to mars. What does arguing prove? NOTHING. I don't care where someone lives, what they look like, what color they are. I don't care how much money you have, or your country has, or how much mine does. As long as I can live my life, and try to like everyone, I'm the good one. That's how we stay happy! I really wish everyone could think like that. It's nice to know there are people proud of where they live, but sticking up for your government is stupid. One person to them means as much as their morning s h i t. I have lived a happy life until now, ignoring my goverment and everyone elses. There isn't a damn thing I can do to change anything they do. I do the best with what I have, and choose to live for me, and the people I care about. Anyone else lacking my understanding is invisable to me.
Oh by the way, if you want to argue with me, I already win, because my dad can beat up your dad.

A VERY urgent message to michaelcsr:

As far as the beer goes, most American beer and all Canadian beer sucks.

Good beer comes from Germany.

Aaaargh! I live in Belgium, THE beer country (neighbouring Germany), with yearly elections of top 10 best beers in the world etc. (check beer guides by Michael Jackson - no not the funny one). And 90% of all Belgians and beer knowers over the world give pretty bad comments about German beers in general. Really, they taste kind of watery. Don't drink Heineken either (Dutch). Stella Artois is a good beer (Belgian).

Just to get a very bad misunderstanding out of the world and feeling slightly insulted. For the rest, no hard feelings.

And oh yeah, funny movie. I like Canadians.

This was hilarious! And to everyone bashing Canada: it rocks!

I've taken the ferry from Washington to Vancover Island before and it was so much fun to see Victoria and the whole island. I've also been to Douglas Lake Ranch in BC, which is also an amazing place to go.

Devin88, your wrong. Not all Americans know nothing about Canada. Pacific Northwesters know a ton about it and almost everyone in Washington has been to Whistler to ski.

1.) Yes...we really do know that dumb people are presidents...we have living proof.

2.) At yet, there are still places in Canada where I'm not afraid to leave my car window open when I run into the store.

3.) And your point? You have a lot more people and more events. Half of your points are just places. Yellowstone? We have Kootenay. The CN Tower, Vancouver aka Hollywood North, Toronto, Edmonton, CFL, and hunny we have the NHL too AND the rocky mountains are also in Canada. Who cares? Seriously. I love Canada, I love BC and I liked the places I've been in the States. It's stupid for us to put each other down.

Dodoca, We do get pretty bad taxes for free healthcare. I've got a friend down in Texas and we've pretty much decided on...and I think a comedian out there says the same thing....that in America, if you get sick you're screwed...in Canada, if you don't get sick, you're screwed.
