I'm guessing that those of you who didn't care for the animation probably would be bored with the original Space Invaders game as well. You have to remember that this is an homage to a different era. An era when video games were in their earliest stages. The concept of the animation was original and the execution was top-notch. To those of you who utter "Photoshopped" to everything they see... I feel sad for your jaded cynicism. Critical thinking allows us to discriminate between genuine and corrupted works. The fact is that it would take longer to fabricate the work in Photoshop than to actually animate the sequence with real people. |
