Obesity Problem not raise always due to unhealthy eating habits it can also be hereditary. Approximately 130 million adults in every country are overweight, about 70 million are obese with the Body Mass Index > 30. Approximately 62% of female and 67% of male Americans are considered overweight.

What I find most interesting is everyone commenting on here about their BMI and assuring everyone that it's the other people who are fat, not them. Just because we live in america doesn't mean we're all fat. it just means there's a greater likelihood that we are.

I eat what I want, which includes a mixture of healthy (fruits and veggies) and unhealthy (soda, candy, fast food) and the only exercise I get is when I choose to walk around and sex, and yet my BMI is normal. (23-ish, as a woman's weight changes between 5-10 pounds on average in a month) So, as long as you eat what you want, but include healthy stuff, I guess it won't make you fat. I'm a size 10 on average, but everyone says that I look skinnier. So if you do what I do, you'll be ok!

I know that in England you have fast food, because I've been there and there are just about as many obese people as there are in America. Stop stereotyping us.

The high obesety wait in britain is in Wales not England. Yes we do have fastfood in England but we have something called THE FAT TAX

Anyone else notice the RED ZONE is 25%+? Sounds like they didn't do a whole lot of research if they cant document that last 75%

That's why I don't live in the deep south... Is that why they call them "red"necks?
