Saturday, June 10, 2006 4:16:19 AM there are two points that contradict themselves: "a smart way to lose weight is to work out before breakfast" but then it says "Your heart attack risk is greatest in the AM". should we keep calm and relaxed in the mornings or work out? I'm not a morning person anyway.. |

Yes. Although obviously you look like an idiot, so this isn't an everyday sort of thing. It's more for if you're stranded in a snowy environment, where snow-blindness is a real risk if you don't protect your eyes. It's a fairly common type of cream. witch hazel |

This is quite right. The calories you end up burning off are pretty tiny amounts. I'd suggest diet and excercise.

Friday, June 09, 2006 2:15:21 AM I never knew that about Hydrogen Peroxide. I always thought when it bubbles, it is taking the infection out of the wound. |

Thursday, June 08, 2006 7:27:38 PM Taking large gulps of water causes your body to expect a lot of water fast, and hence, dehydration is quicker. You SHOULD drink little and often.Diet coke before exercise is also a bad idea. though allowing you to work for longer, and harder. it also encourages dehydration. This can cause one to pass out. Some facts are useful; but a lot are merely speculation, and not at all fact. Kind of like reading a script from Horizon. |
