I fail to see why it would be OK if the FBI set up a sting like this, and why it would be a problem if "normal" peaople would do it.I don't think IM's and emails are confidential, and if someone is stupid enough to give their phone number to someone they have been chatting to for 20 minutes, then they're very naive. |

Also of thier FAQIs it entrapment? A. HAHAHAHAHA. No. I've heard that alleged a million times. First off, we're not cops. Second off, we're not saying anyone has committed a crime. Third off, we're not trying to prosecute anyone for a crime. We can't entrap you because it's a legal term used in conjunction with government stings. And lastly, even if we all got deputized tomorrow and told to "rustle up some wannabes", we aren't entrapping anyone. Why? Because we don't IM first. Wonderful, isn't it? |

This is of thier FAQIs this legal? A. If it weren't, I'd already have been arrested. I, as the organizer and individual who runs the site, have had contact with law enforcement individuals who were acting on official capacity. They like the site. I wasn't arrested. Yay. The content of this site was run by individuals in the legal field and they all gave it a nice thumbs up. We know our boundaries, what we can, and cannot say, and what we can, and cannot do. We're cool like that |

Wow ... very cool, but I wonder if it's legal? They are posting people's home phone numbers and addresses and accusing them of being felons. The worst kind of felon actually. Pedophiles online should be caught, and their details should be posted publicly for the world to know what they've done, but I don't think these people are going about it the right way. This reeks of entrapment and isn't done in conjunction with any kind of law enforcement agency. I'm surprised it hasn't been shut down or sued yet. |
