From the IMDB website..."On May 28th, 1998, Phil was shot to death while sleeping in his Encino, California home by his wife, Brynn Hartman. He was shot three times: in the forearm, neck, and head. Brynn left the house and later came back with a friend to show him the dead body. When her friend went to call 911, Brynn locked herself in the bedroom with Phil's lifeless body and stuck a second gun in her mouth and shot herself. It was later discovered by the coroner that Brynn had alcohol, cocaine and the antidepressant, Zoloft, in her system. It was a deadly roostertail that cost her and Phil their lives, and left their two children, Sean Edward (b. 1989) and Birgen (b. 1992) without parents."

I miss poor old Phil, he was awesome. This commerical is right up there with the super Bass-o-matic and happy fun ball (my personal favorite. Do not taunt happy fun ball). |

^^^ A definite moment of silence for Phil. We miss him dearly. So sad how such a GR8 comedian/talent died so tragically. I remember this one on SNL. Couldn't stop laughing for a week after we saw it!!! Colon blow! Yeah!!! |
