I admit, I was totally fooled. Then again, I don't watch as much TV as I'd like... having watched Reno 911 would have clued me in a little... but even then I had no reason to beleive this wasn't real because I've never heard of TPB before now... but based on this clip it looks to be hillarious... |

Being from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada myself.... I am proud to say I LOVE THE TRAILER PARK BOYS! My friend even went to school with one of the main characters. Great clips, thanks for sharing! |

no way samsquanch has the same picture as me! oh well. Anyone who has a problem with people who point out its a tv show can just deal with it. In Canada, our tv's are flooded with American programs, so excuse a few Canadians if we are happy to see it go the other way, and see some Americans enjoy a Canadian show. p.s. Samsquanch, i think season 6 starts this coming sunday, or next sunday, but Im not totally sure. i hope it hasn't started or else i missed it! |

Jennwisner...the US isn't the only country that has white trash. People like this are a global phenomenum. The show was filmed in an actual trailer park outside of Halifax (though, now, it's a set).Cheffie, it is similar to Reno 911, but predates it by almost 5 years. TPB also has some extreme course language...I'm surprised Ricky didn't say drat at least 6 times through out his speech. One of his best lines is: "Hey, Lahey, don't you have some offs to drat?"
"What?"

Well, I'm surprised this is a Canadian show - not surprised that it's good, but that you guys can portray American white trash-ish people so well! When I was watching it (before I realized it wasn't real), all I could think was, "This guy reproduced?!? There is no hope for humanity!!"I'd definitely like to see more. |
