Wednesday, April 12, 2006 11:27:26 PM I liked this one especially because it had a more breakdancing vibe to it. |

Friday, February 10, 2006 9:00:56 PM Parkour, or free run is huge in parts of Europe and Canada. Sadly, there is not as big a "boom" in the US. <-I know something! Anyway, I am a free runner, but not as good as the Russian. Why did he have to take his shirt off again? |

Friday, February 10, 2006 12:10:11 PM Hell yeah. I've seen a couple around. One of my old friends in Scotland does it, and shes probably better than me. She does live in a place thats virtually built for Traceurs though, flat rooves, slanted walls, small buildings, guardrails...theres enough Parkour material there to last a while. |

Friday, February 10, 2006 7:13:47 AM Ah yes, another example of Parkour at it's finest. And those of you who are reminded of prince of persia, some of the princes moves are inspired greatly by Free Runners/Traceurs. Half of the development team for the game were based in France, where Parkour is most popular.I love doing this sort of stuff, it gives me a real sense of freedom to go where I want. I wish that I lived in a more urban landscape however, everything here is a bit too flat to develop my skills as a traceur, but I have fun all the same. To save wasting space, i'll just post another link of what sets the example of what a movie chase scene SHOULD be like. Screw the cars, all you need is a man with skills... |
