Thursday, January 12, 2006 6:00:16 AM A note from the outside: Why is it that most republicans argue with versions of "if you don't understand that, you're an idiot", while the democrats over and over come up with facts no one listen to?Antother side note: I spent my honeymoon in the big ol' US of A two years ago, and the only way for me to get updated on what was going on in the rest of the world was to watch Comedy Central. Debate all you want. You probably haven't got a clue what you're talking about anyway. |

Tuesday, January 10, 2006 5:22:04 PM Let me get this straight: Letterman Pwned O'reilly because he said that he thinks 60% of what O'reilly says is wrong...yet he doesn't watch him....and he came to this conclusion only from what he was "told" and from what he read from other people. Sound right? Both men are still asses (and I do research my views), but it's extra lame-o to go on TV and claim intellectual superiority without any info to back up your assertions, when you don't have the balls or are so wrapped up in a particular political leaning to research the matter yourself.

Monday, January 09, 2006 2:05:58 PM No, I don't get jealous when a liberal uses them. I never use them. I think they are ALL ridiculous. And, for the record, I'm actually a Democrat and an atheist and I support gay marriage. I also happen to not be against the war. I just don't like extreme liberals OR conservatives. It's gotten so tiring - the "my team MUST be the winner, no matter what" mindset. |

Monday, January 09, 2006 1:00:06 PM Oh, you mean like "It's freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion!" or, "Eat Freedom Fries" or, "It was Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve." What, Enohead, you get jealous when a liberal uses them? I mean, I could've quoted my favorite one of the last month, "If you can read this, you're not the President!" |

Monday, January 09, 2006 9:43:20 AM I hate this these damn politics all the time, people believe everything they hear and one thing I am so sick of hearing is that America is in this war for the oil!! I don't care if your for troops being there or not, and I don't care to state my opinion because I don't feel like getting blasted by 13 year olds on this website that think they know the world when they are in high school yet. Believe what you want but we are not there for freaking oil, if you had any common sense you would know that. |

Monday, January 09, 2006 9:12:51 AM I just realized that although I'm bored enough to frequent this website, I'm NOT bored enough to continue arguing about the war with people who use cute and oh-so-clever little bumper-sticker sayings like "When Clinton lied, nobody died." |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 11:35:22 PM By the way, the censorship makes me feel like a moron when I read my previous post "cut the poo out America" seems to be quite the funny comment to me. Also, I do have improper use of some words... but its all set. Bad week for thinking. |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 11:33:20 PM Mallowman, you rule. I agree entirely with everything you've written. And on a personal note... Why are we -really- bothering to argue about this other then the sanctity of conversationalism? Obviously everyone has their own views on the war thats going on. Personally I think the whole thing is bull-poo and is, for the most part, a big waste. We should of kept it at "No wmds? Good." and left. Not "No wmds? *nuke*" With whats going on over there, if we pulled out right now from this war, we'd start another war. Hell, to be honest its probably about to start. WWIII. Some countries going to step in and smack us up and say "cut the poo out America." Im not taking any sides at all, its just my opinions that this whole war was a mistake. |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 9:29:45 PM Seriously people, get off this "Bush lied" crap. He did NOT lie and no one has ever proven he lied. This is like some fad that just won't go away. Apparently, you're "cool" if you hate Republicans. After all, all the celebrities are liberals......By the way, the WMDs intelligence was, for the most part, correct. The only problem was there were inconsistencies in reports about the location of the weapons. Current intelligence points to Syria and southwestern Russia as the most likely WMD locations. Remember, Russia was the nation that provided most of Saddam's arsenal. It makes sense that Russia would help him hide the weapons to protect themselves.......By the way, Bill was right as always and Dave made a fool of himself. Sheehan lost her right to sympathy when she disgraced her son's name. |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 9:18:57 PM You guys all sound like you didn't even watch the video! O'Reilly simply stated that he does not appreciate Cindy Sheehan calling the terrorists "freedom fighters", so get off his back about it. Sheehan is a proven lunatic. During the Katrina situation, she said she wanted the soldiers to stop occupying New Orleans! Anytime Letterman said anything, no matter how stupid, his mindless audience applauded like crazy. Either Dave actually agrees with Sheehan's pro-terrorist, anti-Semitic, anti-American stance, or he has his head firmly planted in the sand like the rest of you. |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 6:25:57 PM Its not all Iraqi people fighting back, 90% are from syria, iran etc... To say the Iraq people don't want freedom is assinine. They are the ones who risked getting blown up by the insurgents to go vote. Freedom Fighters do not kill people who want freedom. They fight for freedom, The new Iraq army, those people are freedom fighters. Not the ones killing them. |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 5:32:39 PM 1.Im a Democrat 2. The Iraq qar was a dumb thing to do and the Iraqi's don't want us there, but I don't know and none of you know why really went to war, only Bush and a few others do. Bush claims it was WMDs and we don't know if he truly thought there were WMD's or was just falseifying information to get oil,I think it was both, he wanted to go for oil and used the WMd's (which he thought were true) as an excuse, but the bottom line is there were no WMD's and we drated up, we can't pullout of Iraq now cause that woulf drat everything up, but we can get are troops better body armor and other things. 3.I am really sorry that Cindy Shean lost her son in Iraq and we need to help her and feel sorry for her but, seriously, you can't think that the Terrorists are freedom fighters, they are drating lunatics who hate us because were Christain not because we went into Iraq |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 3:06:09 PM repcpa, I thought I heard something about Byron Dorgan and donations. I looked it up and it says he and fellow Demoract (along with several Republicans) gave up or returned the donations they accepted from Abramoff's clients. I wish Reid shared that wisdom...Perhaps it should be tweaked to say the donations scandal is primarily a Republican problem, because they orchestrated it. |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 1:01:51 PM You (budsbd) shouldn’t gorge too much on the liberal propaganda which they use strictly to get your vote. Quite contrary, there is ample proof of Saddam running multiple programs to develop WMDs. There is also evidence of the countries who supplied the materials for these weapons programs, and of course there is evidence that Saddam deployed chemical weapons to kill Iranians as well as his own people. You should be asking the question: “where are the WMDs now?” You should consider that they just might turn up in this country, delivered by a terrorist. |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 12:37:08 PM The Only way Dave could get away with laying into him was by being polite, because being super agressive wouldve taken away from the reality of the whole thing and made him look like he was doing it for other reasons then the truth. I am just happy that somebody is saying something, no matter how lacking in agressiveness. ( People who support Bush are total douche bags, by the way..) |

Sunday, January 08, 2006 12:09:49 PM bill oreilly claimed that she shouldn't call terrorists freedom fighters letterman claimed that he wasnt allowed to think that, because she was allowed to say anything she wantedwhen bill won the argument, letterman decided to come up with an arbitrary insult, then cut to commercial |
