The earliest version of English was Anglo-Saxon, a proto-Germanic language. Although only about 5,000 Anglo-Saxon words survive in Modern English, they are some of the most commonly used ones.English developed by borrowing words from cultures it came in contact with. ^^^ actually english comes from french actually duffbeer4moe English doesnt come from French , French comes from a different root of language , English and German come from the same language. French doesn m thats why French has la n le n English doesnt

I work in a call centre, for readers digest.Hint - dont yell at people taking calls. Nothing is ever their fault... unless you know for sure it is, otherwise, ur just some twat we make fun of at dinner and do nothing for. OH, and NEVER ask to speak to a manager. They never do anything to help, we usually stand behind them, telling them what to say, lol |
