!!!i had to look for like ever before i saw the dolphins! -- i have a dirty mind.... SPOILER!
The dolphins are creating the shadows between:
womans left arm and mans head,
her right arm and her own head,
her armpit and his arm on both sides,
the shadow of her theighs and his hands, and the last one's tail is making the shadow for her lady parts =]
