they could have let the kids take some of the pieces. come on. if they're renovating the place they can probably spare a hunk of marble.strikes me as rather chicken little-ish though. the sky is falling! the sky is faling! |

What are you people whining about? The Supreme Court is improving! I only wish Roberts and Alito would have replace Ginsburg and Souter instead of Rehnquist and O'Connor. We need people on the bench who can read the Constitution at least as well as I can. I'm no legal scholar, but even I know that there is no hint of a guaranteed right to abortion in the Constitution. I also know that the Constitution provides for the use of capital punishment, contrary to what some think. Read the fifth amendment. No one may be deprived of LIFE, liberty, or property without due process of law. So, WITH due process of law, one can be deprived of life. |

while I completely understand the sentiment that the current court judges suck, I think that it is a bit sad that such a great work of art is falling to peices like that. |

I think that would be the only way we could get rid of the geriatric, narrow-minded, stuttering old farts out of there. I mean, what the hell does it take to create a law that exocutes child molesters and keeps them from being let out time and time again to offend, and reoffend? Damn it, that is the biggest thorn in my side. |
