I can vouch for the hyperventilation one so that you can hold your breath better underwater and the speech one. My bf always practices speeches before bed and it does help him give better speeches.As for the Jessica Simpson one...ok now you don't have to pee, but wouldn't the guy have a stiffy?

That's really interesting! I have a really bad cold right now (slept about a hour last night due to my head aching and my nose being blocked up). I tried that nasal congestion tip and it worked! That was magic. If only I'd known about that last night. . . |
