Wednesday, November 16, 2005 2:52:50 AM I'd really like to see this data, and it compared to being in a warm wet environment as opposed to cold and wet. |

Tuesday, November 15, 2005 7:23:56 PM hey I wear shorts in the wintertime at work because I need flexibility and we get plenty of snow and cold here (not every day of course I know my limits) and I haven't had a cold OR the flu in a couple years but before that I would get one or the other at least 3 times a year I could never figure it out |

Tuesday, November 15, 2005 5:28:15 PM I'm skeptical too. I would like to see the data and the paper on this study.... was it a random sample? Or did they take 20 day care workers, who would be around kids and germs all day long and put their feet in the water, and take 20 people who never leave their house and never have any contact with others and their germs and put them in no water and claim it's a miracle! The ones with their feet in the water got sick! Or maybe did they isolate these people from the world to prevent virus transmission? The methods and randomness of this study could drastically change the results. |

Tuesday, November 15, 2005 4:26:48 PM For women, being cold and wet means that you're simultaneously frigid and excited. All of which points to a personality disorder of some sort. |

Tuesday, November 15, 2005 6:59:35 AM Being cold can't give you a virus no, but it lowers the immune system so if a virus does get in your system then your immune system cant handle it and you get a cold... i think |
