Wednesday, September 21, 2005 12:47:35 PM Consumer Reports online sucks. I tried to look up some stuff and they make you start an open-ended contact with an automated monthly fee. How slimy is that? And if I pay for one month, I can't cancel the automatic payment and then use the site for the rest of the month, they take away access right away. So the only thing you can do is time it out perfectly and remember to cancel just before the month is up. I would expect better from a company like Consumer Reports, but they're worse than AOL. |
