I remember when Hawk and Animal were just called the Road Warriors. They were bad-ass back then. Yeah Honkey Tonk Man was 80s. Randy Savage was the best because he had Elizabeth. She would anything for him, like take off her shirt to distract other wrestlers. *sigh* they just don't make them like that anymore... |

i agree with Manicstoive, Hawk and Animal kicked ass. i don't know if it's true or not, but a friend told me they were back, obviosly not Hawk though, as that guys dead. but seriosly, if the Legion of Doom are back, it might be the thing that gets me back into wrestling |

what about Hulk Hogan and Macho Man? You can't mention 80's wrestling without remembering good ol' Hulk Hogan shaking and ripping his shirt off! |

yeah the majority of these are the 90s, I think only the Honkey Tonk man was an 80s wrestler. |

The thing that troubles me is that honkey tonkey man is on C-Span 2. Did they air Wrestling matches or somthnig in the 80's |

Yeah, I was a HUGE fan of pro wrestling in the 80's (not 90's, not now) and I've never heard of most of these guys. |

I thought the undertaker was pretty cool. I know (think?) they were from the 90's but the best wrestlers early on were the Legion of Doom and Ultimate Warrior. I know wrestling isn't real but its $hit now because it focuses too much on story lines than fights imo |

Even listing the Undertaker on that page is a load of crap. The Undertaker gimmick debuted at the Survivor Series event in 1990.They did some wacky things with him in the early ninties I'll admit but I don't believe he was ever pushed as being a walking corpse. |
