this video gets me really hot and bothered. i cant stand cops. someone said before that he was investigating shortchangers and that she was disrespecting him. thats bullpoo. he jumped to conclusions without looking at any of the evidence. she had every right to stand up for herself. i hate ego-brain cops. |

What a bastard.Although I think she was stupid to escalate the argument after he threatened her with his pepper spray. She could probably go peacefully and still be able to get some money from some obscure lawsuit. |

Cop was way out of line. Yeah, the girl was disrespectful and annoying, but give me a break. The cop should have spoken calmly to the manager, checked the register, and checked the store tape. If, after doing that, he still thinks he's short changed, he can arrest her. And he still wouldn't have to spray her. She's just a kid! If she hits the cop or tries to run, spray away. You don't use a weapon on someone for mouthing off.60,000 dollar fine. I hope he enjoyed his 10 extra bucks in change. |

ANd I agree with above, just because she was black doesnt mean racism, the people saying that are racist against whites, even if they are white. It's people like you who keep racism around. The cop said, "You are under arrest" and "If you dont come with me now you will get pepper sprayed" she showed complete disrespect the whole time "I don't like the Poe-lice" "You wait till my momma gets here" etc.. IT's people like her that keep black stereotyped, learn english, this ebonics stuff is just an excuse to not learn da words right.

1) The cop THINKS he gave her a $20.
2) The manager checked the drawer. No $20's were even in there.
3) Camera evidence shows she put the bill in the $10's slot.
4) Proper course of action would be to check the camera, check the register (counting down and seeing if it zeros out). You can only search the girl if there is a good reason, and the camera shows there is none.
5) If you can not determine that someone is guilty of a crime (there was no evidence), then you can not arrest someone.The cop should've been fired, and honestly, the girl should've been given a little more money than that. Still, $60,000 isn't bad. |

If it's true that this restaurant was being investigated for short changing, it just goes to show how petty and stupid some people are.Like who hasn't been short changed once at a drive through. Unless your an ass about it the manager will give your money back, no problem, especially if the store is part of a chain. But of course some people are too lazy to do that, and rather drive away and fume.

Stupid cops...I f-ing hate cops. Especially that racist bastard! And what about one of these people on here, saying that if she's black she prolly did it. You know what, you've prolly done that before and it makes you feel better to blame it on someone else. That cop had no right to spray her. He should have read the miranda rights if he was really serious about arresting her. She had stated that she was a minor, and that he could strip search her. She was yelling because she was f-ing intimidated. Didn't you guys see the way he had her backed up against the f-ing wall? I mean fu*k. Geez. |
