Monday, November 28, 2005 4:39:54 AM Thanks for this video - my friend emailed me the link and I sat and smiled and watched it throuhg three times, once on my own, once with my 9 month old son and once with my 3 year old daughter. We loved it. It's beautiful. I may buy the CD. I may find the full website. Thank you for making me smile and realise again that I am doing the best job in the world - being with my kids. The stuff memories are made of. THanks for a fab video and song. I loved it. |

Thursday, July 07, 2005 7:02:25 PM Props to yakboy. Was wondering that myself. And I think perhaps some of you have the term "bad" confused with "outside of the limited spectrum of my personal enjoyment." Although, one could be considered equivalent to the other, but that would be rather egocentric now wouldn't it? My personal oppinion was the animation fit the mood of the song very well, really conveying a sense of nostalgia. The whole thing was well paced and timed flawlessly with the music. It did seem very British, and I am very American, so there is a slight limitation in my ability to respond on a cultural level, but I did relate to the universal elements: Paternal awe, the association of heroic iconography to elemental happiness, Optimus Prime... |

Saturday, July 02, 2005 11:00:51 PM Actually, if you go to the main site, it actually tells you that the song is about people who bully dyslexic in school. |
