Thursday, June 30, 2005 10:30:23 PM I have one of those vacuum machines that sucks all the air out of those special bags...It's called a "Food Saver", and the thing rocks. I buy stuff in bulk and vacuum seal the rest and toss it in the freezer. I just BBQ'd some fish that I sealed a year ago. It was as fresh as the day I brought it home. |
