I have one of those vacuum machines that sucks all the air out of those special bags...It's called a "Food Saver", and the thing rocks. I buy stuff in bulk and vacuum seal the rest and toss it in the freezer. I just BBQ'd some fish that I sealed a year ago. It was as fresh as the day I brought it home. |

Opened: Doesn't spoil, but taste is affectedWhat? I've seen soda that's been left out. Mold and stuff starts developing on the surface after a couple of days. |

I dont know what this is. But given its cherries, damn the preservatives are jacked up. |
