Lol, man I love Georgia. HAha. Seriously, he deserved to be pulled over if he was going 109. Now, yeah, people speed a LOT in Ga, hence the speed limit is 70, but you won't find many people pushing it over about 95. |

It was for speeding 100 + mph, and not pulling over in a timley manner aka. evading. Wassup Toby.

So much over the limit is automatic jail in a lot of states. He tries to act his way out of it like most people. I see the only thing that happened was one noted to the other about him being a famous actor, but they held to their laws as far as I could see. |

I thought it was funny how their attitudes changed once they realized who they stopped. I still say that he had a ticket coming but they were talking about taking him to jail. Who goes to jail for speeding unless there's booze or drugs involved. |
