I wonder how many people actually use the platforms? In my hometown, stupid kids would just use those to get high in. |

oooookaaay...ah well gated communities are dumb anyway. In a high violence area I can see it. But we have some in my area, my nice quiet suburban/moderetly-rural area. Stupid... |

Am I understanding this correctly....they installed platforms so people could stare into other richer people's backyards and neighbourhoods, and they're trying to pass it off as some sort of social protest?These communities are likely the only place people feel safe in L.A. I'd be a little bit more paranoid, living in some sort of glorified bomb shelter. |

This article made me laugh so hard. I was on my way home the other night and I saw one of those outside of Park LaBrea and I was like WTF? I thought it was some high school (bad) prank cuz they look like those referee stands in volleyball. Like some school stole another schools referee stand and I was like..... worst prank ever. |
