HolyGod-The worst natural disaster and response in American history.

Worst natural disaster? Debatable, but right up there.
Worst Response? Yes, but not by the feds. The feds are NEVER the first responders.

The worst preperation and response, in order of responsibility, go as follows:
The individuals, who were too dumb to leave an area that is BELOW sea level when there's a very good chance of the sea coming in.
The City, "Chocolate City" Nagin failed to follow his very own Emergency Response & Preparedness plan, waited until too late to order an evacuation, and let city resources flood rather than utilize them to evacuate people in need.
The State, where the governor waited too late to declare an emergency, without which the feds can do nothing.

I`ve lived through Camille, Frederick, Ivan and Katrina (plus many minor). The Feds NEVER show up for at least 4 days.

The Right ruins the economy,

Which grows BETTER under Bush I than Clinton, and under Bush II than Obama...
...ruins any attempt to rectify it.
You have a SINGLE example of that?

Funny how the House and Senate being Republican or Democrat have MORE to do with the economy than the PotUS...
Almost like the Founding Fathers intended it that way!!

You realize you just admitted that your original points were inaccurate by agreeing with me on point #1 and point #2?

Also, please show me where Obama had a goddamn thing to do with Dodd-Frank? I'll be waiting.

Also, you may want to talk to some executives, business owners, CPAs, etc. about whose policies are better for the economy. Most of us will tell you that Obama`s certainly aren`t helping; in fact, he`s making things much, much worse. So as we continue to slide into higher unemployment and inflation, you can thank the idiots who are currently in power.

And for the record, I am NOT a conservative, nor am I a liberal. Go use your labels elsewhere.

LOL, I didn't "conveniently" leave out anything, read the previous messages. And in response to your lessons:

1) Thank you Captain Obvious, that was the point...

2) I don`t think you understand what is being said. In any event, you are dead wrong on the first point, and correct (again, thank you Captain) on the second.

And it is the Right that continues to flail uselessly at the Left`s inability to clean up their damage, which is absurd, as almost every attempt to do so has been summarily opposed.

Let me sum it up for you: The Right ruins the economy, and ruins any attempt to rectify it. Then you know what they do? They blame Liberals for failing.

Sorry fish, it ain`t cute any more, it`s sad, and you are part of the problem. Thank god your way of life is phasing out, along with the rest of the conservative movement. It will soon be history.
