For values of "X-ray" where "X-ray"="Wireframe model". I mean, we can see the soft tissues of the intestine, but not the muscles?
(X-rays don't look like this anyway - but it is a curious artist`s impression)

@LemonCurry - HaHa I would assume not but it would be hard to tell since there would be so much extra skin on top.
I was only making an assumption. I suppose 900lb people who walk around would have WAY more muscles than one that just wasted away on a bed.
