I like your new definition of science. You should talk to science and see if they will adopt it.

Also, can you do all that for AGW or does that therefore not exist either because as far as I have seen, they are having some trouble quantifying it.

Or maybe some things are difficult to measure, you know like the Mars probe that missed by millions of miles because the trajectory was a fraction of a degree off?

As I said, I thought your "New Science" interesting

Doubtful that anyone will ever return to this page but here goes:
If something exists, it can be scientifically quantified (measured and evaluated relative to its mass, energy, location, capabilities, and other qualities). For example, scientists have quantified millions of items ranging from from dark holes in outer space to tiny atomic particles (such as the recently discovered Higgs Boson). If something cannot be scientifically quantified, it does not exist (in the real universe).
Spiritual entities such as gods, devils, heavens, hells, angles, the tooth fairy, etc. have never been and cannot be scientifically quantified. Therefore these spiritual items do not exist (except in the imagination of religious individuals).

About state and church :
And none of them have political power. Again your pointing at monarchies are irrelevant.

"it's impossible to answer this question"

Yeah, I`d say that`s right. I don`t understand the statement that "such a being can`t exist, even in theory". Considering we`re talking about a superbeing who is unconstrained by the laws of physics (as we understand them), and may have created them, I have to say that that statement cannot be backed up.
Understand that I`m NOT a believer, but I feel that if you believe and feel better for that, good for you! And carry on, too. Just don`t try to force me into your belief and don`t make religion based laws that I`m expected to follow - I`m not, of course talking about "Thou shalt not kill", I`m talking about things like no meat on Friday, no shopping on Sunday, etc. Jews don`t try to make pork products and shrimp illegal in this country, Christians shouldn`t try to keep me from shopping on Sunday. Fair is fair.

And judging from your first post here, you wont adress the arguements so you point at something irrelevant. Good method you got going there

We've been over these about every page on this site. People say god exists and you want scientific evidence then say there`s no way a god can exist and don`t give any proof either because you can`t it`s impossible to answer this question. You sum up evangelical atheists perfectly thinking you`re so smart when you`re actually a pretentious moron following other pretentiou8s morons ideals.

But then again, from earlyer "conversations" with you I have learned that you believe every european to be from the UK,

Well let see I'm not a psychic so `ll have to go with a common denominator that and I said
As for those from the UK you have no place to talk ask the royal family who elected them and look at who the head of your STATE church is....
that statement would be referring to a specific group now wouldn`t it. BTW it`s not just the UK that has a state church and royals elected by god so that point is moot.
