I hope you are joking and don't honestly believe that. The B12 deficiency alone would eventually kill you. Not to mention that vitamins are not the ONLY nutrients your body needs to survive [and I`m not talking about calories].
There`s a whole slew of Amino Acids as well as trace minerals, and various proteins necessary for normal life functions as well. And you certainly won`t find most of that in beer. ::facepalm::
