I have had to deny a supported position to a white kid who needed it, in favour of a black kid who openly stated he did not want the job.
One day he threatened one of my lads with a weapon, and I got him bounced out of the service. He was allowed to return after a 2 week suspension. I protested that none of the others would be allowed to stay after an incident like that, so why should he, just because of his skin colour?
I judge people on their heart not their skin. I have removed white kids from the service for similar things, and they were not given a second chance.

I've heard similar all the time in the work place ... except it was blacks saying it to whites (which isn`t racist cuz it`s against the white race ... which is a non-race, the absence of a race if you will ... 3/5ths of a race?

Ferdyfred is right but it only comes to light when some crazy white guy makes racist remarks to a black guy. I has to be that exact scenario to get attention. I've seen it go the other way and the person (white) on the receiving end of the racism is laughed out of the building because it`s widely known that only white people can be racists.
