$1800 for a beer brewed in Perth? Having lived in perth for the last 5 years, I can say that's not far off the average price of a pint in Northbridge.

i am with you Squrlz- nasty idea. i suppose trying a sip or two just to know how they all tasted is appealing, but I prefer real beer.

I have to ask: Would any of you be attracted to drinking a beverage if the bottle was crammed down the mouth of a mummy?

I don't understand the appeal, if you can call it that, of the bottle inside the taxidermied gray squirrel. That`s just wrong.

These high-end beers don't sound particularly appealing. Best beer I ever had was in Belgium, where it seemed as though every bar or restaurant had its own local brew ... and all of it fantastic.

Probably not actual beer, more like fortified barley wine. These are processed to pop-up the alcohol, because even the toughest of yeasts kills itself with alcohol poisoning at 18%.
