drawman: I noticed she does use a terrible grip on the brush at times, and seems to drag her hand, but who am I to argue with success? I can't get to that point where I can splash blue, yellow, and magenta and come up with a face somehow - it`s really impressive and more truly art than the straight-up realist stuff I always end up doing.

Impressive. I could never master watercolors.
Know a very talented lady that does full portraits in watercolor. They're so detailed they look like oil paintings. Watched her work on one that was a mother, two daughters and the family pet. Canvas was 7` tall. The end result was amazing.
