Zap... Libraries are a terrible analogy. The things a library doesn't pay for themselves are donated to them, either by publishers, studios or ISPs, and in return those companies get a tax break.

So, no. Libraries aren`t theft. Because their stock is all paid for by someone at some point.

You want to watch a movie you paid for, go ahead. But be honest about it. Being able to do something is not the same as being deserving of it.

It isn't theft. Movies, Shows, and Games are available at the library. Those are lent out for free. How is downloading torrents any different?

I understand the issue if someone is downloading torrents, buying DVDs, etc. and charging people to show that content. But, most of these downloaders use the content for personal viewing.
