So tying someone down butt nekkid in a cold room, subjected to 12 hours of the same britney spears song (when you come from a culture where music is a sin), doused with cold water until you relieve yourself, then berated for defecating on yourself.
But somehow that's not torture? Skinny Puppy`s music has always been anti-torture anti-cruelty since inception. I completely agree with the hope that a lawsuit could stop the torture.

not seeing how playing a song repeatedly to annoy the crap out of a terrorist is for "political" purposes... the purpose is to get on the last nerve of the recipient. I.e. like how the Marines holding Saddam Hussein prisoner, made him watch "South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut" over and over and over, which I find hysterical and fitting. Its NOT "torture", its the kid in the back seat singing that GD song AGAIN and again.

Watch the interview, its not only their music that's used to torture, the theme song to sesame street is also used among others.
I think suing to stop your music from being used for political purposes without your permission does have precedence, similarly to musicians suing politicians for using their songs in political campaigns.
