in grade 5 or something like that for health class everyone was supposed to make their own "healthy" pizza. like gerry says, whole wheat crust, low fat cheese, lots of vegetables and something was special about the meat i think. the point was to have a healthy meal that incorporated all 4 main food groups. the class made a practice pizza the week before, i didnt like it, so i pretended to be sick the day we made our pizzas.
