Quick google on B-12 animals don't make it either. They consume it and what ever they consume you consume but it`s from bacteria.
Mostly true (B12 in an animal isn`t necessarily consumed by the animal - it`s often generated by the bacteria in their digestive system) but it doesn`t change the point - humans can`t get it from eating plants.

Are vegans always that angry? they need more protein in their diet.
Protein isn't the main problem. In terms of nutrition, the biggest problem is ignorance. There are vegans who don`t even know what an essential amino acid is, which is bloody dumb of them. "Protein" is an over-simplification which only works if you`re eating animal proteins.
Oh, and B12 deficiency of course. That`ll ruin you badly and insidiously on a natural vegan diet because there are *no* plant sources of B12 usable to humans. Not a single one. Supplement or slowly deteriorate physically and mentally until you die.

Unfortunately some vegans tend to be very aggressive in their views. I kind a get it, they think that killing an animal is a murder. Most of them are idiots, wealthy dominantly white hippies who haven't had to buy food with a fiver to last two days.
It`s NOT all of them, not in any means it`s just that those are the loudest ones and they WILL write on your FB wall or comment any Youtube video that has meat eaten like it`s the effing holocaust. Having lived in few communes, i`ve had to live with all kinds of people and in those circumstances, somehow common sense prevails. it`s only when they get on their own inside forum that their views start to go.. sick.
I`m not fond that animals need to suffer for our benefit but there`s very little to do about it, at this point. 20 years from now: we might all be vegans... Until then, i`ll take my stakes medium rare.
