I loved the Amalgam comic books! Joy when I found out they weren't an April Fools joke, then disappointment when they weren`t continued.

deadpool also has a comic called deadpool kills the marvel universe where he kills everybody in the marvel universe. only it ends with him coming into the real world and the last panel is him sneaking into a room with sword drawn where the comic book artist and writer are working on the last panel of deadpool sneaking into the room theyre working in.

In the early-mid 60's, if you wrote a letter to one of Marvel Comics letter pages, they would send you an 8 x 12 black-&-white drawing. Attached would be a blue postcard signed by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, etc. (unless it was a secretary who signed it for them). I received two of those -- a Fantastic Four and a Spider-Man.
