This is one of those freeman/legal fictional entity bullcrap. Like that Mr in front of your name is a sign that it's not you but some other entity and if you refuse that, you are free to do what you a want, law does not apply to you. Good luck with that, it`s not true. If this works in your country, your legislators are idiots.
If you are a "freeman", not part of the society, move to forest, never use any roads... Either you`re part of the society and it`s laws or you are outside of that and have none of the rights and privileges either. Can`t have both.
Keeping some count of your citizens is just common sense. Or do you honestly believe that a country can manage itself if it has no knowledge of itself, ie. the people in that country.
As a side note, I think the people who believe in conspiracies this convoluted are not real libertarians. I think a real libertarian would know that the government isn't capable of keeping such large-scale convoluted operations secret, forever.
I would just call them people who want to see the world burn. Some of them are Anarchists anyways, it`s not like this is new.

There's some clear conspiracy theory stuff going on here. That guy sitting in the library at the 30 minute mark talking about how the civil war wasn`t about slavery and states rights. The Good Southern states were worrying about the EU coming over and reclaiming land to pay off a debt. WTF. We are on the conspiracy train now.
