@Gerry: While state laws vary, UPS and Fedex will deliver wine to residences.

Just like tobacco (which I regularly buy mail order), there is a certification at checkout that you are of legal age in your state, etc.

I would imagine this drone setup works either with an app or website where you must certify at time of purchase, or since their business model is strictly lake-shore delivery to the lake, maybe you have to sign up in person. I tried to find details of their service but couldn't.

This falls under the "DUH" category.
You can't sell alcohol in vending machines in the USA because you have to verify they are adults.

How is a drone going to do that?

Does that mean all these photographers and film producers that are getting money to take pictures and video using drones are breaking the law too??
