Lets say that 1% of people lived somewhere near a place to make crop circles, and 1% of those people knew how to make crop circles, and 1% of those people were master crop circle makers, and 1% of those people gave enough of a poo to actually go out and make them, and each of those people average 3 crop circles per year. There you go! 70 people making 210 crop circles every year. Hundreds of crop circles per year without any conspiracy, money, or fantastic explanations.

Man made crop circles are boring. What company wants to broadcast boring man made crop circles. They want the nut jobs who claim its UFOs or energy sources that are a mystery to science. That way they can sell you soap while they have your attention.

There is the crux of your problem with reality. Just because a person, or group of people, cannot explain something does not mean that it is anything more than the mundane. That means, and I want to be real clear on this since you have a history of not understanding subtle differences in logic, people still created all the "unexplained" crop circles and the rest of us just have a problem explaining how they did it.

I'm curious, do you watch magicians perform seemingly impossible tricks and truly believe in magic since nobody other than the magician can explain how it was done?

Here is another problem you have with this phenomena. It doesn`t cost "millions", it costs maybe $1.95. It`s not "secret" or "undetected", it is just that the rest of of know its just some guys having fun and we don`t care. Hundreds per year for decades is not problem for billions of people.

@OverTime: Crop Circles have appeared for decades (long before they were 'news items`) on every corner of the planet. Hundreds per year!
Dozens, if not hundreds of people spending millions of dollars = huge. Secretly, for decades, undetected.

So yes! I`d call that "huge"! And while it is indeed a -possible- answer? It by no means is the definitive one.

There remain Circles which defy any known explanation. Either by their sheer size, method, time or location.

Yes, lots of hoaxes are appearing NOW.
But that does not "explain away" all the PREVIOUS Circles.

Contrary to popular belief, I don't believe every conspiracy story out there. And crop circles are one of the lamest.

5Cats, have you noticed how you create a fabrication and then challenge people to disprove it. For example, you claim it would require a HUGE conspiracy and then act as if my stance can only be valid if I believe in HUGE conspiracies. I don't think it requires a HUGE conspiracy at all, just gullible people, like you.

Second, there are plenty of instances of people documenting the creation of very elaborate crop circles that are then shown to the crop circle "experts". Those "experts" claim that it could not have been man made because it has all the hallmarks of a real crop circle (you know, the same ones you claim can`t be duplicated), only to be embarrassed when shown the documented proof of the circle being man made.

Every aspect of crop circles have been shown to be reproducible by man and there are no other viable explanations. Case closed, except for those whose reason is overcome by imagination.
