@OldOllie- Do you think there are no human rights violations in America? Do you not think there is a certain mindset amongst police in general that allow them to act the way they do- with nearly zero accountability? Do you think that there is no political pressure one way or another, that has allowed our civil police forces to transform from protecting the public to generating revenue and feeling above the public- and the Law?

My opinion on that has nothing to do with the fact that your caption had nothing to do the the video.
