@Nickel2. Well, calorie burn is a function of expenditure, as I said below, which, obviously, hs something to do with the amount of weight being moved. But, if you use this chart, I think you'll find that even you won`t burn even 200 calories walking for 30 minutes. Which, of course, isn`t even a candy bar or Big Mac`s worth of calories.

The supersize (not that the name is a clue or anything) docu went on the premises of, what happens to me if i supersize every meal i get and only eat at mc donnalds as a certain percentage of the population does.
