Gravity doesn't propagate.

Actually, there is some controversy over that. It seems that no one has figured out a way to turn it on and off so they can measure it`s speed.

@carmium - they're obviously counting Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, St Martin, New Caledonia, Marquesas, Society Islands, and other colonies as part of the Republic of France.

Russia has 10 time zones, according to charts, while France has one. Do they let little bits of France set their watches off by 15 minutes here and there or what?
