Then he surrenders and the cops send the dog in to rip his throat out.
If he was surrendering he'd be doing what he was told which he wasn`t. If you were a cop you`d assume then he`s going to try something because that`s what happens pretty much every time when a person doesn`t cooperate after a high speed chase.

I don't feel bad for him at all. He lead the police on a high speed chase endangering everyone minding their own business on that road and then refused to leave his car when surrounded. If you`re going be dumb you better be tough. Good doggy!

The idea that deadly force or extreme force should be used on anyone who is not an active threat is ridiculous. Police shouldn't be about vengeance. That`s all this is. They were pissed because he ran. That should not be acceptable. But, of course, as they`re the police, it`s all okay.
