No, screw you, good sir. If I want to wish you a Merry Christmas because I celebrate Christmas I will do so. In return you are free to wish me a Blessed Ramadan, Happy Hanukkah, or whatever holiday you celebrate and I will accept it as a gesture of kindness. Do not push your insane belief system on me and I will not be goaded into explaining how science invalidates your entire faith.

@Kalimata: I was careful to say "I've never heard" because undoubtedly there`s idiots out there saying stuff like this too.
In USA and Canada? Sure: most Muslims would tell this guy to go fly a camel! But in MANY Muslim Nations? There`s large % of people who are JUST like this guy. Nearly the majority in a few! That adds up to tens if not hundreds of MILLIONS who fall into the "Fundamentalist Muslim" category by their OWN choice! Not us "falsely labeling" them.
That`s why I say there`s NO "equivalence" between a couple of thousand "loony Christians" and a hundred million "fanatical Muslims" eh?
So yeah, in most places? Especially far from the Middle East? Most Muslims aren`t "lunatics". But far too many ARE.

@Kalimata "His argument is not the greeting, but the acceptance of the Christian god as being valid is the problem"
Ummm well, jews, christians and muslims all worship the same fictional character. All three worship the god of abraham from the OT. That's why they are called the three abrahamic religions. The only real difference between the three religions is the direction they mumble. Jews mumble at a wall, the christians mumble to the ceiling, and muslims mumble to the floor. And DEATH to you if you mumble in the wrong direction.

*Much hated 2nd post in a row, sorry...
"...Christian-based cults, like Waco or Westboro, may say weird stuff, but only a tiny % of people agree with their idiocy, eh?
That's the difference, there`s no "equivalence" here at all..."
I also believe that you are criticizing the vocal minority, not the practicing majority. (of Islam I mean) There is a vast wealth of Christian lunatics on the interwebs, as many as there are Islamic lunatic clerics. I`ve read many arguments here about how most Christians aren`t lunatics, perhaps most Muslims aren`t either.
