As long as I am reading it I could do it but if someone said repeat this phrase I don't think I could. Then again choir practice exercises on enunciation probably helped too.

I can't listen to this at present- but if it is the one printer in the papers earlier this week I can manage one of them with reasonable success. As bordo said- one at a time- although I actually paired the words for menatl ease.

The trick is that you consider each word separately and not as part of a whole.
