Well this is a load of speculation invented words and half truth with regurgitated crap from a journo with an axe to grind against social services A full break down for those who care
TL:DR - Women had been sectioned for 5 weeks. Doctors applied to court and decided to do Caesarian for clinical/medical reasons, i.e save the mother and child. Essex Social services have only been allowed to correct false information when court says yes (secrecy for child protection in these cases) Decision to take kid away is unrelated to Caesarian.

The only thing why did it take 15 months for the media to pick it up. The lawyers have been going strong during that time but only after it hit the internet do the UK and Italy law makers want to do something to make sure it does not happen again to someone else.
At least they did not remove the baby to abort it but to take care of it the best way a state can.
