Her own co-workers say: She Has A History Of Telling Lies

Like claiming she had brain cancer, or that Hurricane Sandy put a boat into her house (it did no such thing!) & etc.

So that's the final nail in the coffin of her story, correct?

The waitress seemed like she was lying (badly) in that interview

They produced CC records that show the tip is on there.

The waitress/waiter faked it to be noticed.

@Dragonace: They have to use "LawyerSpeak" to avoid lawsuits. If they said things in a black & white way? They could get in trouble.

@lauriloo: Amen Sister! Preach On! It's not a victimless crime, it`s more like a hate crime.

You could also call the credit card company and ask that a tip be added.

No, @SmagBoy1, you CANNOT do that! It would come as a SEPERATE transaction, and have a different ID number attached. If they have a bill that matches their credit card info? It`s a "slam dunk". Unless the credit card company was... part of the conspiracy!!!

@bordo: Yes, that`s usually how it works. A few genuine cases get attention, and money, and a whole LOT of fakes spring up!
