"You only want X-boxes and Playstations, because you don't have limitless numbers of Chinese hookers streaming across your border. I haven`t played a video game since college."

I have to admit, I`d give up video games for endless Chinese hookers too.
But since the hookers here are all.. Ugh.

Consoles have 100% ruined the industry for PC gamers. All the new games are total crap consol-ified versions of what they SHOULD have been.

I`m speaking from the bitterness about X Rebirth but it`s not the first disappointment of a PC game because of the lowest common denominator of crappy console hardware.

I'm thinking that pre-order bit is a jab at those who pre-ordered the Stick of Truth over a year ago.

Who's you`re brother? I live in Alberta too, and yeah there`s so much nothing here I might actually know him.

And while I generally say pre-ordering is bull, I still do it at my local Best Buy since I know I`ll be buying it anyway and my buddy works there and it gives us a chance to chat while he`s working. Also they give me a $10 gift card for pre-ordering, which I usually save for my next pre-order. I never worry about not getting a game anyway because I`m usually so stoked for it I book it off and camp out with my chums, order pizza and make a time of it. I`ll be in Calgary doing that for the Xbox One Launch -even though I`m not buying it until Destiny comes out- and I`m looking forward to it.

I could talk about how Nintendo, while still nutty and really dead-set on being different instead of taking good ideas and building on them is still the essence of fun, or how I convinced my teenage Xbox-and-Playstation-playing cousins to buy a WiiU simply by playing Nintendo Land with them on Thanksgiving, or that Nintendo's IPs are more iconic than anything Sony or Microsoft have ever produced...

But instead I`ll just list the numbers of consoles sold last generation:

Xbox 360: 79.2 Million.
PS3: 80.1 Million.
Nintendo Wii: 103.1 Million.

How about handhelds?

PS Vita: 6.2 Million.
Nintendo 3DS: 37 Million.

You`re right; Nintendo isn`t even in the same league.

PS4 is out.

Now I can buy a PS3.
