I've come to the conclusion that nearly all aggression is the result of the aggressor having anxiety about something unrelated to the person they are assaulting and are transferring that anxiety to the target that`s easier to abuse. Been a while since I took my Psychology of Personality class but I think this is either projection or transference. I`m sure someone here can help me out with that. It`s too bad people can`t be more self-aware and work on the real source of their problems instead of inflicting them on innocent parties.

@Gerry: Don't tell such crap. Racism is always bad. As is xenophobia, homophobia or any other phobia against a social entity. It creates tension on base of race/gender/sexual orientation and does not focus on the real issue.
